Concierge Testing ServiceSelf-Administered COVID-19 Saliva PCR Testing - At-Home or Pick up a Kit in the Pharmacy
RT-PCR testing is the gold standard with the highest accuracy on the market. These tests have a 98-99% sensitivity (meaning 98-99% of positive tests are correct) and a 99% specificity (meaning 99% of negative tests are correct). Our FDA authorized test kits have received Emergency Use Authorization for at home, in office, or in-pharmacy self-administration. You will take the test and the test kit back to one of our CLIA certified lab partners. There is no more need for painful nasal swabs. The at-home COVID-19 Saliva test only requires a saliva sample and is highly accurate.
Self-Administered Saliva RT-PCR Test KitCOVID-19 Rapid PCR Test - In Pharmacy or Healthcare Facility
Rapid PCR testing is performed while you wait at the pharmacy. This test is not as accurate as of the self-administered RT-PCR test above but will get you results faster. This test is not approved for travel. This test detects RNA (or genetic material) that is specific to the virus and can detect the virus within days of infection in those who are actively infected. This test is not approved for testing asymptomatic patients. There are several rapid PCR tests available including those manufactured by Abbot, Cepheid, Cue, Mesa Biotech, and BioFire. Our partner pharmacies use one of these tests.

Rapid antigen tests detect protein fragments specific to the SARS CoV-2 virus and are used to diagnose actively infected people. Some antigen tests can be used for screening testing in high-risk congregate settings in which repeat testing could quickly identify people with a SARS-CoV-2 infection. Rapid antigen tests are not as accurate as an RT-PCR test. A negative antigen test result in a symptomatic person may be a false negative and retesting with our RT-PCR at home or in pharmacy test is advised. A positive test in an asymptomatic patient may also require retesting with RT-PCR. Results time is 15 to 30 minutes.
Rapid Antigen Test in PharmacyCOVID-19 Antibody Test - In Pharmacy
You can test to determine if you’ve had COVID-19 through an antibody test. COVID-19 IgG/IgM antibody testing; also known as serology testing, checks for a type of antibody called immunoglobulin G (IgG) and M (IgM). If you have previously been infected with SARS-COV2, your body may make antibodies against the virus. The IgM antibody indicates a more recent infection (within weeks) and the IgG antibodies indicate a more remote infection (weeks and months). Do not take this test until it has been at least two weeks since you were infected as you will likely not have any antibodies present until that time. Get your COVID-19 antibody test at your local pharmacy and receive your secure results in your Azova account within minutes.
Note: This test is not an at-home test. This test does not diagnose an active infection. It tells you if you have formed an immune response to the virus.
