Once you’ve completed the registration, your record will be submitted to the AZOVA vaccination records team. We will confirm your record to make sure that your demographics, photo ID and vaccination card or other vaccine record information all match.
Once confirmed, we will create your COVID Credential Simple Health Pass. Download the AZOVA app to access your pass and to share your Credential ID with Aruba ED Card.
