What you need to know about shipping your PCR test kit to the laboratory

All PCR test kits come with a prepaid, tracked, UPS next day air shipping label attached. You must ship your kit only at a UPS branded store before the cutoff time that day for next day air deliver (do not use a drop box as next day air may not be available and pick up times are sporadic). UPS does not pick up or deliver on Sundays or on bank and public holidays Please check here to see which holidays are observed and do not take your test or ship your kit on a holiday. If you do drop your mail on a holiday, your package will not be picked up until the following business day and delivery will be delayed. The laboratory will process all kits that are delivered on Saturdays. AZOVA does not take responsibility for delays or problems related to UPS shipping services.

*You must drop off your kit at the UPS store before the cutoff time for UPS next day air pick up that day in order for it to be delivered the next day.

Please note: some remote locations may not have next day air service and will be delivered via second day air.
