Find a testing site near where you will be staying in Mexico and schedule your testing appointment at a testing location or request a concierge to come to you. PCR testing and rapid antigen testing are available in most locations. Both are acceptable for return flights to the United States though PCR testing is more accurate. For all other destinations, please check for local requirements.
The cost of rapid antigen testing is $59 USD + VAT tax ($99 USD + VAT tax for concierge). The cost of PCR testing is $125 USD + VAT tax ($179 USD + VAT tax for concierge).

See the recommended timelines below. If returning to the United States, all travelers 2 and older must have a negative COVID test result from a test taken within 1 calendar day prior to departure.
You will receive a QR Code confirmation email. Print or show this QR code at your testing location to provide proof of payment. If you don’t have access to your QR code, our testing partners in Mexico can look up your reservation by name.
Get tested and you'll receive a PDF of your lab report via a secure link in the AZOVA app. Results for the rapid antigen test are available in 3 hours or less. Results for rapid PCR are available within 24 hours or less. Results for standard RT-PCR test are available in 72 hours or less. If results are required no more than one calendar day before your flight, then schedule a rapid antigen or rapid PCR test one calendar day before your flight. You will also receive your free COVID Credentials Simple Health Pass™ so you can share your results with anyone you like.
Complete any travel authorization forms

About the new COVID testing requirements from the CDC for travelers returning to the United States.
- All travelers age 2 and older who are traveling to or connecting through the United States must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 1 day before departure and must sign an attestation of a negative test result.
- You will not be allowed to board your flight without completing the attestation.
- Approved tests include a PCR test (NAAT) or a COVID antigen test that is approved by the local health jurisdiction.
- For connecting flights, your COVID test must be taken within 1 day before your initial departure.
- If you have recovered from COVID-19 and you have a positive test result that was taken within the last 90 days (but no less than 14 days) before travel, you can present this test result along with a letter from your healthcare provider documenting that you have recovered from COVID-19 and are cleared to travel.

When can I make an appointment?
Online booking is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We recommend you schedule your testing appointment before your trip to assure appointment availability. Check with the scheduling system on AZOVA to see appointment availability in each location.
Do I pay for my test at the time of booking?
Yes. Payment is collected at the time of booking. You can pay with any major credit card. AZOVA will be listed as the merchant of record on your credit card statement.
Is the transaction in US dollars or a local currency?
The transaction is in US dollars. Because the service is delivered in the local market, there is a VAT tax for the local jurisdiction.
Will there be any foreign transaction fees?
If you use a US based credit card, there will be no foreign transaction fee. If you are using an international credit card to purchase your test, there may be a foreign transaction fee depending on the country of origin of your credit card.
What is the refund/cancel policy?
If you cancel your trip and do not need to be tested, you must log into your account and cancel your appointment before the scheduled time in order to receive a full refund. Missed appointments or no-shows will not be refunded.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment by logging into your account and opening your appointment chart. Click the reschedule button to choose a different appointment time.
