Schedule your video observation session within the timeframe needed for testing for your travel destination

• Schedule a separate appointment for each person who will be taking a test.
• Each test takes 80 minutes (10 minute observation and 70 minute timer) to complete. You can only take one test at a time per cellphone.
• Each independent adult must create their own account and appointment.
• If you are scheduling on behalf of a dependent, please schedule your own appointment first. The system will then automatically direct you to schedule an appointment for your dependent under your account.
• Add your dependent’s information on the screen that asks who is the patient.

You will be asked to upload your photo ID during the registration process. You will also need your passport number. We’ll send you a scheduling confirmation email with instructions on how to take the test on the video call.
