Important steps before your call
Important: Please read all of these steps prior to beginning. These steps will be included in an email after you schedule your visit:
- Open the Ellume COVID-19 Home Test app 10 minutes before your video observation call and grant permissions for Bluetooth®, location, and notification settings. Complete the following steps to enter the Organization ID and Patient Code that you received in an email after you scheduled your video observation visit. If you take your test without doing this you will not receive a valid result for travel. View the steps below to enter the Organization ID and Patient Code.
Open the Ellume COVID-19 Home Test app and tap the menu in the top left corner
Click Organization ID from the menu (the fourth option)
Enter in the Organization ID and Patient Code found in your appointment confirmation email
2. Select “Start a New Test” and complete the steps to fill out the patient information and watch the instruction video. Do not take your test while watching the video. Once the video is complete and before you take your test, exit the Ellume app and join the video call on AZOVA. From here, your proctor will observe you taking the test.
Note: You can take only one test per mobile phone at a time. Each test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and you must wait the full 15 minutes for each test to complete before you can start a second one on each phone.
