In collaboration with Company, AZOVA offers a safe and enjoyable way to experience Company with COVID Credentials™. Your COVID Credentials is a simple way to share COVID-19 lab test and immunization record with Company and to access affordable at home COVID-19 saliva PCR testing.

STEP 1 Order your at home saliva PCR test kits from AZOVA. You must have a negative test result no more than 72 hours before arrival at the park or before you board your cruise.

STEP 2 Complete the Company COVID Credentials registration. This is a two minute process where you consent to share your COVID-19 lab test results and immunization records and create your own shareable COVID Credentials in the process.

STEP 3 When you are tested through AZOVA, your lab results will be added to your COVID Credentials and automatically shared with Company. Arrive at the park and show your COVID Credentials or scan your QR code. If you were tested outside of AZOVA, simply upload test results for each member of your party. The results will automatically be shared with us.

Our at home COVID-19 Saliva RT-PCR test is easy, painless, and highly accurate and is approved for entrance to any Company venue. Get results in 12-48 hours after the lab receives your test kit. Your test results will automatically be added to your COVID Credentials, your shareable COVID-19 passport.

Company has implemented a simple way to securely share your COVID-19 test results and proof of immunization while also staying connected while your are visiting our parks. Complete the registration below and your test results will automatically be shared with Company when you get tested through AZOVA. If you are tested with any other testing partner, simply upload your results and they will be shared with us automatically. A $25 registration fee is required per person.
