How it Works

Schedule a Video Chat

Complete the online registration and choose a time for a video chat with an online medical assistant using AZOVA‘s web or mobile app.

Send in Your Kit

Once you receive your kit, complete a video chat with your medical assistant at the scheduled time and mail the kit back to P23 Labs.

Get Your Results

The lab will send your results within 24 hours of receiving your sample. You will recieve an email or SMS with a link to view your results.

What’s Included

  • An online lab order from a licensed US physician or pharmacist.
  • An at home saliva collection kit shipped to your door. Shipping and handling is included both ways.
  • Video chat with a medical assistant while you collect your saliva sample. (Required)
  • The lab will send your results via the AZOVA web and mobile app within 24 hours.

Note: You can order as many tests as you want, but you must complete a registration for each person who needs a test. You will be asked if you want to register an additional person at the end of your own registration.
