Schedule your video observation session to meet the timeframe of your destination

• Each test kit includes 2 test devices to be taken by the same individual 24–48 hours apart.
• Take the first test on your own and then schedule a video observation call to take the second test under video observation.
• You must purchase a separate test kit for each person who needs to be tested.
• Each test takes 15 minutes to complete.
• Independent adults must each create their own account and appointment.
• If you are scheduling on behalf of a dependent, please schedule your own appointment first. The system will then automatically direct you to schedule an appointment for your dependent under your account. Add your dependent’s information on the screen that asks who is the patient.
• If there are multiple people in your party, you can all be observed simultaneously, but each person must complete their own appointment registration.

You will be asked to upload your photo ID and passport number (if you have one) during the registration process. We’ll send you a scheduling confirmation email with instructions on how to take the test on the video call.
