The owner or clinical admin of your business should complete the onboarding. Whomever completes the onboarding will be given the clinical administrative license on AZOVA for your organization and must be a healthcare provider who can order COVID PCR testing services (physician, pharmacist, nurse practitioner or physician assistant).
