We will ask for consent to share your vaccination status. Your vaccination status will be shared automatically with Rakuten when you complete the registration. When your vaccination record has been confirmed by the AZOVA vaccination records team, the confirmation status will be visible to Rakuten unless you choose to share your full record. Your electronic record is stored on AZOVA’s HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST and GDPR compliant platform. You can also use your COVID Credentials and Health Pass to visit restaurants, stadiums, travel destinations or venues that require third-party confirmation of your COVID vaccination record.
