This program is for people who have a symptomatic infection with SARS-CoV-2
Here’s How It Works:
Complete the telehealth registration and health history including a list of all your medications and upload a copy of your positive COVID test.
If you have a history of kidney disease, you will need to upload lab work showing your kidney function over the last three months.
Based upon your condition and the requirements in your state, you will receive a secure messaging visit or a video visit. Providers are available between the hours of 9AM and 10PM EST, but you can submit your information any time. Your chart will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.
Your provider will determine what is right for you, but you can tell us if you would like your provider to prescribe Paxlovid or if you would prefer other options including recommendations for scientifically backed natural vitamins and supplements.
If your prescriber writes a prescription for you, we’ll find a pharmacy who will deliver it or where you can pick it up.

The following symptoms of COVID-19 are very severe and indicate a need for immediate medical treatment and cannot be addressed through telemedicine. If you have any of the following severe symptoms, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Extremely difficult breathing (gasping for air or cannot talk without catching your breath)
