Once your test results are in, and your video observation is complete, you will receive your certified test results from AZOVA and your COVID Credentials Simple Health Pass. You must link this pass with Hawaii Safe Travels. To do so, login to the the AZOVA app or website, go to Credentials, select Scan & Share, and copy the Credential ID underneath the QR code.
