How it works

STEP 1

Create an account on AZOVA and provide your consent to share your vaccination record.

STEP 2
Select which vaccines you have received as well as the dates and locations where you received them.

STEP 3
Attach a photo of your paper vaccination card and submit your information.

That's it. Now that you have created your digital and shareable vaccination record on Vaxigo, you can download the AZOVA app and provide your digital vaccination record to anyone you choose.
