Before you travel between the Hawaiian islands, you must get your COVID vaccination record electronically validated. AZOVA’s electronic vaccination record validation service will do this for you. Once your record is validated, you will receive a record Credential ID number. Enter this number on the Hawaii Safe Travels form to share your validation status before traveling.
Request your record validation at least 72 hours before travel to allow sufficient time to locate and validate your record. The cost of validation is $25 per record. If you received two doses of the vaccine from two different providers or organizations, you will need to request a separate validation for each dose. Click the button below to validate your record.
