This product is for businesses such as airlines, cruise lines, restaurants, salons, movie theaters, concert halls, doctor’s offices and other organizations who only need to verify COVID Credentials when a customer visits your business.

The Comprehensive COVID Management Suite
Includes your own branded Digital Health Benefits page with COVID Credentials, COVID Monitoring with CDC algorithm-driven daily assessments, secure communication, population management dashboard, video calling with your population, COVID testing and telemedicine.
Pricing is a PMPM fee based upon the number of enrollees included in your program each month plus the cost of testing or telemedicine visits.

If you would prefer to have the AZOVA patient services team manage your population, an additional two dollars per enrollee per month will be added. This managed service includes access to a personal health assistant for your students or employees.
You can choose to subsidize the cost of testing and telemedicine visits or not. Your PMPM fee is determined by the number of enrollees that you choose to enroll. When you sign up, our team will work closely with you during onboarding and will assist you in creating and sharing your custom benefits page.

All results are reported back hrough teh AZOVA app.

Cost
