Sharing your Simple Health Pass or Credential ID with Organizations

When you get tested through one of AZOVA’s expanded testing options, or get vaccinated through AZOVA’s vaccine network or get your digital vaccine record confirmed, you will receive your Simple Health Pass along with your Credential ID. Share your Credential ID with the organization who needs to verify your COVID test or vaccination status and you are good to go. Its convenient and requires no sharing of personal information.


Locate your Credential ID
Open the AZOVA app, go to the homescreen and find your Simple Health Pass. Press the Credential ID to copy and then paste it anywhere needed.

When you create your Simple Health Pass on AZOVA, we provide a proprietary 256-bit encrypted data communication system that enables you to share only your COVID-19 vaccine or test status without sharing any personally identifiable data or your can choose to share your full record. You own your data and you decide who you share it with.
