How it works

STEP 1

Once you have your test kit, schedule your video observation call within the timeframe that you need to take your test. Please note that you will have to take your first iHealth test 24-48 hours before you take your telehealth-validated test. Be sure to review the rules required by your employer or travel destination.

Please Note: Schedule a separate appointment for each person who will be taking a test. All members of your group can join the call together, but each person must have their own appointment registration.

STEP 2
At the time of your video call, you’ll be connected to a proctor who will guide you through the testing process for your specific test. Open your test kit only after you are in the video call with your test proctor.
STEP 3
After just 15 minutes, you will have your proctor-verified results. AZOVA will dynamically create a COVID Credential™ Simple Health Pass along with your validated results. You’ll receive an SMS and an email link to view your results. You can share your results with anyone who needs them directly from your COVID Credentials via QR code, Credential ID or PDF.

FDA Emergency Use Authorized at-home rapid antigen tests can now be used by travelers to meet the COVID-19 testing requirements to enter the United States and many other travel destinations.

In home antigen rapid test results are now accepted by the CDC from travelers who are returning to the United States. Tests that have received an Emergency Use Authorization or other government authorization such as the iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Self-Test can be used for this purpose. You must take your test under video observation with ID verification and receive a validated result. AZOVA will provide you with these services.
