Once you’ve completed the registration, your record will be submitted to the AZOVA records confirmation team. We will confirm your record to make sure that your demographics, photo ID and test results match the information submitted.
Once confirmed, we will create your COVID Credential Simple Health Pass. Download the AZOVA app to access your pass and can share it securely with anyone, including the Skating Club of New York, without sharing any of your personal information using our data-free Simple Pass.
This digital record is HIPAA, SOC2 and HITRUST-compliant and secured.

Everyone who enters a Chelsea Piers venue is required to complete online a mandatory Daily Health Declaration ("DHD") before each visit to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have they come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.
