Once you’ve completed the registration, your record will be submitted to the AZOVA vaccination records team. We will confirm your record to make sure that your demographics, photo ID and vaccination card or other vaccine record information all match.
Once confirmed, we will create your COVID Credential Simple Health Pass. Download the AZOVA app to access your pass and can share it securely with anyone, including The Skating Club of New York, without sharing any of your personal information using our data-free Simple Pass.
This digital record is HIPAA, SOC2 and HITRUST-compliant and secured.
Please note: if you enter a partial vaccination in AZOVA (for example just one dose of Moderna or Pfizer) you will receive a message from AZOVA stating two doses are needed for travel. Please disregard this message as only one dose is required for the event.
If you have a NYS Excelsior Pass or a Clear pass, just present it as you enter Sky Rink.
Everyone who enters a Chelsea Piers venue is required to complete online a mandatory Daily Health Declaration ("DHD") before each visit to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have they come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.
