How it Works

Create your digital vaccination record

Create your HIPAA-secure digital vaccination record by simply creating an account and entering and uploading your photo ID and a photo of your COVID-19 vaccination card. Your record is private and secure.

Receive your Health Pass and share it with Hawaii Safe Travels

Your vaccine record will be added to your COVID Credential Simple Health Pass. Log in to Hawaii Safe Travels and enter your Credential ID in the quarantine exemption/exception application.
