When you create your Simple Health Pass on AZOVA, we provide a proprietary 256-bit encrypted data communication system that enables you to share only your COVID-19 vaccine or test result status and not your personally identifiable data. The recipient only receives your test or vaccine status.

Create your HIPAA-secure digital vaccination record by simply creating an account and entering and uploading your photo ID and a photo of your COVID-19 vaccination card or record. Your record is private and secure.
