How to validate your vaccine record

STEP 1
Use the Vaxigo™ vaccination record locator tool to quickly find the location or provider where you received your COVID vaccination.
STEP 2
Complete a vaccination record validation request registration through AZOVA.
STEP 3
AZOVA will manage your request and will work to locate and validate your record for you. We will provide a digital validation of your vaccination record from the actual source where you received your vaccine. If we are unable to locate and validate your record, you will receive a full refund.
STEP 4
After you receive your validated record you can now securely share it with any airline, government, employer, school, concert venue or athletic event. Our secure record validation system shares only your vaccination record status without sharing your personal information.
