Bringing new life into the world is a remarkable journey, and we’re here to support you at every turn. Our skilled doulas offer expert guidance, emotional reassurance, and advocacy for you during your pregnancy, birth, and right after.

From helping with pain relief techniques to ensuring clear communication with your care team, your chosen doula will support you in the way you need.

Your Birth Doula Support Membership includes:

Free consultations to find the best doula for you.
Your doula will get to know you and personalize their support to best meet your needs.
Two prenatal visits with your doula so you can communicate your birth and postpartum preferences. We recommend the first visit be in-person and scheduled between 28 and 32 weeks gestation. The second visit can be in-person or virtual and should be scheduled no later than 36 weeks gestation.
In-person support throughout your entire labor and birth.
Two postpartum doula visits gives you continued support. Discuss your birth experience and ask questions about infant care, feeding, and your own well-being. The first visit is ideally virtual while the second can be in-person or virtual for your preference.
Screening for postpartum mental health and anxiety disorders to give you immediate access to additional support and resources.

How It Works

Find your doula match

Interview up to three potential doulas to find the doula who is right for you.

Membership

After your interviews, each doula will send you an email. Simply click the link of your chosen doula and opt in for your membership.

Your Prenatal Appointments

Get ready for your birth. You’ll have two prenatal appointments; one between 28-32 weeks and the second no later than 36 weeks.

Labor and Birth

As soon as you think you might be in labor, contact your birth doula through the AZOVA app. Your doula will be at your side through labor and delivery.

Your Postpartum Appointments

Your doula will help you know how to care for yourself and your baby during your two postpartum visits. Schedule your first visit within a week of your birth and the second 4 to 5 weeks postpartum.
