Our Programs
Find the program built for you.
Explore our specialized root-cause medicine programs designed to help you achieve your health goals.
Every AZOVA program begins with the Root Cause Analysis Assessment: a comprehensive questionnaire about symptoms, history, food patterns, sleep, stress, digestion, and goals. A functional nutritionist reviews it with you one-to-one, helping identify meaningful connections and priorities before building a food-first roadmap. This is not a generic plan and it does not begin with a kit. It begins with your story, interpreted by a clinician who can help turn information into practical next steps.
From there, choose the level of guidance that fits. Functional Nutrition Core offers an accessible foundation and expert-led community support. Functional Nutrition Premium adds personalized nutritionist guidance and accountability. Functional Medicine Master brings in a medical provider for a broader clinical plan, including prescriptions and hormone, thyroid, or insulin co-management when clinically appropriate. Each level remains nutrition-first.

How it works
Understand the cause. Build a workable plan.
Step 1
Choose your focus
Select the program that best matches your primary concern. Your whole health still matters; the focus simply gives your care team a clear place to begin.
Step 2
Complete the assessment
Tell us about symptoms, health history, eating patterns, routines, and goals from home. Thoughtful answers help reveal relationships across interconnected areas of health.
Step 3
Review it one-to-one
Meet with a functional nutritionist who explains the findings, listens for context, and helps prioritize the changes most likely to be useful and sustainable for you.
Step 4
Choose your care level
Continue with Core, Premium, or Master support. Your level determines the depth of coaching and medical involvement while keeping nutrition and practical daily action at the center.
Frequently asked questions
Find your starting point.
Does every program start the same way?
Yes. Every program starts with the Root Cause Analysis Assessment and a one-to-one review with a functional nutritionist. The content of your plan then reflects your selected focus, history, symptoms, and goals.
What if my concerns overlap programs?
Overlapping concerns are common because digestion, metabolism, hormones, immune function, skin, thyroid health, and mental wellness can influence one another. Choose the concern that affects you most; your assessment still considers the wider picture.
How do the three care levels differ?
Functional Nutrition Core provides a guided foundation, Premium adds personalized nutritionist support, and Functional Medicine Master adds medical-provider involvement when a broader clinical plan is appropriate.
Is medication required?
No. Programs are nutrition-first. In the Master level, a licensed medical provider may discuss prescriptions when clinically appropriate, but recommendations depend on your individual needs and shared decision-making.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Eligible provider visits may qualify for HSA or FSA payment, subject to your plan. An AZOVA provider may also issue a Letter of Medical Necessity for eligible supplements when indicated.
