We are a network of Functional Medicine-trained clinical pharmacists, physicians and nurse practitioners and functional nutrition-trained nutritionists and coaches who specialize in root cause medicine.
We’ll work closely with you to find the root of the problem by focusing on gut health optimization, hormone balance, nutrition optimization and lifestyle strategies to help you to finally find the answers and make a difference in your health.

Choose Your Appointment and Provider
If this is your first time to be seen for Functional Medicine on AZOVA, then register for the new patient functional medicine visit. We see adults and children. We do not accept insurance for Functional Medicine at this time.
Complete Your Assessment
You will complete a comprehensive assessment and your initial session will be 45 minutes long.
Make a Plan and Get Testing Done
Your provider will review your information with you and make a plan including any recommended functional medicine testing like gut biome testing, food sensitivity testing, hormone testing and more as needed in your particular case.
Follow Up Visits to Guide You
You will have follow up visits as needed to review your results and create your ongoing plan.
